Mom. Wife. Business Owner.
Bryn is a Dual-Certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, with over nine years of experience working in homes, providing 1-on-1 support to families. She is married with three children, and has loved living in East Valley, Phoenix, Arizona for the past five years.
Bryn found her calling for serving Postpartum women and their infants after experiencing her own journey with Postpartum Depression and Postpartum Anxiety in 2017. She experienced a lack of outside support, sleep deprivation, and pregnancy loss in a short period of time - challenges that many new mothers face, and that Bryn often helps support her clients through.
In addition to her Nutrition Plan & Complete Nutrition Package, she continues to work hands-on with clients providing immediate relief, support, and education in all things infant and postpartum.
Outside of the work Bryn does as the Owner and Founder of Family Foundations, she is an active member in her local Doula, NCS, and Nanny communities providing mentorship and advocation for industry standards. She also does volunteer work, organizing semi-annual Diaper Drives to collect necessary items for women and infants that reside in group homes throughout Phoenix. Her last Diaper Drive collected more than $5,000 worth of supplies with donations being sent from all over the country.
Bryn's mission is to have a positive, lasting impact on women who face the challenges of the Maternal Mental Health Crisis, both locally and nationally, by providing support in-person, virtually, and through wellness programs such a her Postpartum Nutrition Menu.
