“If you are looking for a caring, nurturing, and education based Overnight Infant Care Specialist, Bryn is your absolute go to! Bryn joined our family when my newborn was 3 days old. I was exhausted- sleep deprived and trying to figure out everything that goes into being a first time mom. Bryn was pivotal in my postpartum recovery - emotionally and physically. No question was too small or big for her and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was taking care of myself and my baby. She was even able to find me a milk donor when I was transitioning her from formula to breast milk and waiting for my own supply to come in. She honors your own perspective and always comes from a place of insight and experience, but never judgment.
Her education based approach was exactly what I needed and helped my baby sleep through the night within two months! No cry out method or harsh techniques- just soothing and tons of love and care. For those considering her overnight service -do it- and opt to extend up front. We initially hired her for 8 weeks, 3 times a week and extended to 12 weeks, 6 nights a week because of the immense progress our daughter was making (she is now up to 9 hrs of consecutive night time sleep) and the alleviation of sleep deprivation. Bryn is your all knowing source and has established a community of other caring people in her circle that she can refer you to- from sleep consultants to Doulas and always ensures you are taken care of.
I am so grateful that Bryn has become part of our family and village that has helped us with our baby.” -
Leah G. Says:
“Chantelle at Family Foundations saved us! I had a very rough and traumatic delivery and I was not prepared for the recovery on top of caring for a newborn which I quickly realized I knew nothing about. I thought I had PPD but it turns out I just needed a wise woman to support me. She was so knowledgeable about my baby and taught me things I had never been told before and it made a huge difference in my baby’s happiness. Chantelle gave me the space to recover and feel human again. I’m so thankful for her and Family Foundations!”

Katie W. says:
“In my opinion, hiring a postpartum doula is absolutely worth the investment, especially when you choose Family Foundations. This was my second pregnancy, and I knew I would need support once baby arrived. After meeting Bryn, I quickly decided to hire her. When I ended up having a C-section, I was especially grateful knowing she would be there to help. Bryn went above and beyond, even accompanying me to my baby’s first doctor’s appointment. She alleviated so much stress by taking care of meals for my husband and toddler, which allowed me to focus on recovery. Bryn is incredibly kind and sweet, and it was truly a joy having her in our home. Even after our contract ended, I reached out to her, and she responded right away. It’s so reassuring to know that you’re not just another client to her—she genuinely cares about the families she works with.”

“I am incredibly grateful for the support Bryn and most of all, Amy provided my family during the most special and most challenging weeks of our lives. Amy provided consistent, loving care to my newborn and offered friendship to me. Although Amy was actually a paid “employee” I never felt that she was solely here for the money. It was evident from the moment we met her that she was called to support families during their most sacred, precious, and vulnerable times. I am so glad we found AZ Family Foundations and Amy. I highly recommend her to anyone in need to newborn care.”

Charis L. says:
My experience with AZ Family Foundations was top notch! Bryn is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and also no nonsense which I loved. It was my first time hiring a newborn care specialist. For nighttime care. At first I was nervous and I can say after 12 weeks it was SUCH a HUGE help adjusting to my third baby. She answered all my questions even the ones I “should’ve remembered” as a third time mom, and she did so with such kindness. Every week I looked forward to her coming and caught myself asking “Is it Monday yet??”
We got the baby on a nice schedule and by the time our contract ended baby was sleeping through the night!
She makes it so easy to relax and recoup after a long day of caring for the littles. I could really focus on myself and make sure i was taken care of too. I hear her team is equally as wonderful as she is! I will be forever grateful for her and the experience I had. 10/10 would recommend. Whether you choose nighttime or day time care she’s worth it. -
Abby D. says:
“I would highly recommend Family Foundations for newborn services. Bryn was so flexible and willing to do anything I needed to support me. She stepped in to help without being asked. She has a strong background with lots of experience that made me comfortable enough to trust her with my baby. What a wonderful service she offers!”

Joy H. says:
“Our first time using a night nanny and it was awesome - would highly recommend! Being able to get sleep because of having someone you trust with your baby is priceless. It allowed me to enjoy her so much more during the daytime and I am so grateful. Alyssa made the nights smooth and helped our baby develop some great sleep patterns. She was wonderful to work with!”

Jeff L. says:
“Chantelle was great – super reliable and was very accommodating to our needs. She gave us a few good tips as well.
We have newborn twins so it was good to know that Bryn placed us with someone we can trust and that her agency thoroughly vets everyone prior to hire.
Thanks again!” -
Colleen F. says:
“I truly cannot speak highly enough of Chantelle. She was incredibly helpful during the first weeks of our daughter’s life and made the transition from one to two children not only manageable, but enjoyable.
Chantelle has extensive personal and professional experience with newborns. I trusted her judgment not only from her hospital work in Labor and Delivery but as a mother of four. Her competence and professionalism gave us the peace of mind to rest and because of her, I woke up each morning refreshed and excited to care for my baby. I also feel this gave me the bandwidth to be fully engaged and present with my toddler and support her through the transition.
Chantelle was also an invaluable sounding board and support to me personally as I navigated my new role as a mother of two. When I was determining whether to breastfeed or formula feed my daughter, she did not express any opinions or show any judgment on the matter. Instead, she listened, validated my feelings, and offered to help me make whatever choice was best for me and my family.
Based on our experience with her, I highly recommend Chantelle as a Newborn Care Specialist.” -
Corey B. says:
“When we hired Bryn on as a Newborn Care Specialist, we had interviewed many other potential candidates. Many other candidates seemed more interested in how they thought things should be rather than working with us and incorporating our perspectives or preferences. Bryn was open, helpful and ready to offer advice as well as research things that we had questions on. Her top priority was always our daughter's health and wellbeing. She helped us transition from bassinet to crib perfectly. She was able to get us on a sleep schedule with the baby and adapt when a situation presented itself.
We could say many more wonderful things, but I will end this by saying that she was an amazing help to our family. Our daughter is doing so well, even as we went into the 4 month sleep regression. I have no doubts that it is because of the foundation that was laid down in those first 3 months.” -
Britt P. Says:
“My husband and I needed night time care for our newborn and reach out to Family Foundations. I spoke with Bryn for 30 minutes who outlined the company's policies and processes and she already had a newborn care specialist in mind to pair us with. We met with Amber virtually and appreciated her transparency in sharing her experience and answering our questions.
We moved forward with Amber who was with us for several weeks. She cared for our 2 month old a couple times per week and we always looked forward to those evenings as we were able to rest well knowing that our baby was well cared for.
Bryn checked in during the process to make sure things were going well. We recommend these services and have referred other families as well.” -
Tyler K. says:
“We hired Bryn as a Newborn Care Specialist to help out with our newborn for overnights. We ended up having her 5 nights a week for 9 weeks.
She was such an enormous help to us as this was our second child and we wanted to start off with a great foundation with good sleep for our baby, and for us. She supported me as I continued to breastfeed our little one during the night and would bring baby to me to nurse, and made sure that baby was attended to in everything that he needed through the night and early mornings.
Her immense knowledge on all things pertaining to babies and their development was so beyond helpful as our second child had completely different hurdles to figure out than our first, and we were constantly picking her brain on all different subjects as our baby grew in those previous early weeks.
She was always punctual, respectful, and caring. We loved working with Bryn and would highly recommend her!” -
Allison B. says:
“I can’t say enough positive things about Bryn and my experience with her as our nanny. Bryn is clearly highly educated in newborns and infants, and it showed through our daughter rapidly gaining skills under her care. Bryn nannied for us for 3.5 months and in that time our daughter learned to roll over, self sooth to sleep, and crawl by 6 months. Bryn is super reliable and was extremely good communicator. She also sent me my daughter’a schedule every day and took photos. 10/10”

Megan F. says:
“We had a great experience with family foundations. Bryn, the owner is very passionate and knowledgeable about everything newborns/ babies. Our Doula, Kelsey was wonderful. We are so thankful we had her and she was a huge help in not only getting us more sleep as parents but our 5 month old baby is now sleeping through the night. Would highly recommend this company!!”

Kathryn W. says:
“We hired Bryn earlier this year to support us with our 3 month old baby a few days a week. It was during the craziest time as we were navigating the sale of our house and coordinating our cross country move simultaneous to everything postpartum. She brought the only stability we had in our lives at the time. Bryn is professionally, knowledgeable, caring, kind, communicative, and detail oriented. She gave us confidence that our baby was safe with her during those days I needed to focus on getting our home and move in order, and my only regret is that we couldn’t pack her up and take her to the East Coast with us! We will forever be grateful for the months that Bryn shared with us, loving on and caring for our precious little one.”

Shelby G. says:
“Bryn is amazing. Bryn cared for my baby full-time for a month when he was 3-4 months, and then again for several months starting when he was 8 months old. The second time was part of a nanny share, so she simultaneously took care of my friend’s 3 month old. It has been the best experience. Bryn is a total professional, both in that she is punctual, a great communicator, keeps detailed notes about the day, but also that this is her profession. She is an expert in taking care of kids, and it is her passion. She has taken tons of trainings. When we had our 4-month pediatrician appointment the doctor told us things that Bryn had already told us, almost verbatim. I work from home, so I got to benefit from Bryn's expertise whenever I asked for it. When I was looking for a nanny, my priority was safety. And I felt confident my baby was safe with Bryn. But Bryn did so much more than keep him safe. She was always reading to him and chatting with him. She also just has lots of clever ideas for what to do with toys, and I was frequently inspired by the way she set up toys in the nursery. Also, if you want her to, Bryn will make small organizational edits to your home that will improve your quality of life enormously! Anyways, I cannot recommend Bryn enough. You will not regret working with her. Please feel free to reach out to me as a reference. First and last name, with nothing in between, at gmail.”

Leslie K. says:
“We utilized Bryn’s overnight services for our daughter, Daphne, from 5 weeks to 18 weeks old. Bryn is a delight to work with and her services have been invaluable. As first time parents, we had so many questions which Bryn was always happy to answer. She advised us on daytime schedules, nighttime routines, transition to the crib, feeding schedules, etc. Bryn played a huge role in improving our daughter’s daytime and nighttime sleep. We could not have gotten through the newborn phase without her! My only regret is not finding Bryn sooner. I think having her from weeks 0-4 would have made the first month of parenting so much more enjoyable and restful.”

Rebekah C. says:
“Bryn is one of my most trusted colleagues and shows true professionalism while operating her business. She has a wealth of knowledges due to years of experience in the childcare field as a nanny and postpartum doula/NCS. Whenever I have an overload of clients Bryn is one of the first people I refer out to! Bryn is continuously looking for ways to provide for her clients through elevated trainings, she is one of the few in AZ who have a deep understanding of postpartum nutrition. Anyone who I refer to Bryn is truly in the best hands, and you can’t go wrong with choosing her support!”

Hailey B. says:
“Bryn is absolutely amazing. She deeply cares for each and every single one of her clients and their sweet babes, NB or not. She welcomed my entire family so effortlessly and made us so comfortable. She watched my twin boys overnight and was such a relief for us to get some nights sleep that was much needed. I highly recommend Bryn + could go on and on about her talent and passion for what she does but I’ll let you hire her and see for yourself!”

Cassandra C. says:
“I was given the opportunity to try the day services provided by The Family Foundations. We kind of got off to a rough start since Bryn had an emergency last minute and would have had to cancel but was able to find a replacement that came and helped with chores around the house. I have never had a post partum doula before so I didn’t really know what was expected from me or them. I was most interested in the meal prep option since that is one of the things my husband and I hate doing the most. Especially when you add a newborn and lack of sleep on top of regular household duties. Brynn was very apologetic of having to send someone else and offered an extra service to make up for any inconvenience which wasn’t necessary but very much appreciated showing how much she cares about providing extraordinary customer service. It was so nice not having to worry about what to eat for the next few days, having the refrigerator stocked, the dishes washed, and the kitchen and living area cleaned up all while I got to focus on taking care of myself and my newborn. I would definitely recommend The Family Foundations to anyone who is expecting. It is a huge stress relief to have those extra sets of hands there to help you during one of the most difficult stages of life.”

Carolyn L. says:
“So glad to have had the extra help! Bryn made every effort to help me and my family as we navigated postpartum having 3 littles under 4 (one being a newborn) . I have a history of postpartum depression and so far this has been the best postpartum experience I’ve had. Having extra hands, time for a nap and help with meals was a game changer.”
